School and Student Data Manager
By accessing or using School and Student Data Manager ("the Platform"), operated and owned by Dominion Template Concepts ("Owner," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "School," "Administrator," or "Authorized Agent") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.
Institutional Accounts: Educational institutions ("Schools") using the Platform are responsible for designating authorized administrators and maintaining the security of user credentials.
Accuracy of Data: The School warrants that all student, staff, and institutional data uploaded to the Platform is accurate, lawful, and properly obtained.
Acceptable Use: Users shall not reverse-engineer, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use the Platform for any unlawful activities.
We strive to maintain a 99.9% service uptime. Dominion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue feature sets or access for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons with reasonable notice where feasible.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform (including software design, source code, logos, domain names, and UI elements) are the exclusive property of Dominion Template Concepts. The School retains all rights and ownership over its institutional and student data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dominion Data Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
